The process is called exercise and can be done at the same time as your daily routine. It can be after gym or before, it doesn’t matter. The point is to get your body moving and to stay that way.

It is important to do a body composition review at least once per year to see if you have changed your weight, weight classes, or overall shape.

This review looks at how your fat and protein amounts are, as well as how much carbs you eat. It also looks at how much fat you are doing and whether or not you are balanced.

It’s about how you react

i have been bent and broken, but - i hope - into a better shape.

When you’re in shape, it feels good to be in shape. You feel good about yourself and you feel capable of doing things.

You enjoy yourself more and your daily activities are better quality than they were before you were in shape.

You feel more confident and able to tackle any kind of exercise. You enjoy working out more and feeling optimistic about your future fitness.

It’s worth spending time in a good mood every day to keep these effects from fading away. We all know how quickly a good mood can turn into a bad mood if we don’t spend time in it regularly.

Admit what happened

i have been bent and broken, but - i hope - into a better shape.

When you think you’re in shape, you’re probably somewhere close to it. You feel good, you move well and you can keep your focus for a long time.

But once you start making changes to your diet and exercise routine, your shape will fluctuate.

You might find that after working out for an hour and a half, you only spend about five minutes in activity and that the next hour is spent in rest mode.

Or maybe after working out for an hour and a half, you feel really energetic and happy. You might even say that exercise made you smile!

These short sessions can make a big difference in how fit you are on a physical level. One of the reasons body fatloss is so hard is because people get caught up wanting to lose fat but not weight when they are already losing weight and health process goes out of control.

Let go of the blame

i have been bent and broken, but - i hope - into a better shape.

We all hold beliefs about fitness and body positivity, and we’re quick to blame anyone who doesn’t fit our expectations for shape and fitness.

It’s easy to point the blame at machines or experts, but we as individuals can also play a role in our health and wellness.

When you realize that you don’t necessarily have to be ripped or healthy in general, this can be a relief.

You don’t have to worry about being judged for your weight or my understanding of health, because you know that you are doing what is best for yourself.

If you want to shape-up, do things that make you feel good. If you want to lose weight, stick with things that are reasonable for your size and age.

Move forward

Being in shape has made a difference in my life. My life journey has been a moving forward, finding success in new areas, and staying motivated.

I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed creating it!

My story is not over, and I believe there are many other people out there that feel the same way. This article may help you move forward on your journey to get back into shape.

Moving forward means more to me than anything else in the world. It is the thing that makes me happy, the thing I want to do to make myself feel better about myself. It is the thing I want to continue doing even when I am not at my best physically and mentally.I have been bent and broken, but – I hope – into a better shape.

Seek help

i have been bent and broken, but - i hope - into a better shape.

Even though you may feel proud of your current shape, you should always seek help to improve your body and health. A qualified professional can help correct any kinks or areas that are not working properly.

You don’t have to go it alone!

You can find the time to work on your fitness each day, even while you’re looking for a qualified personal trainer or at-home fitness program. A lot of people who were in bad shape when they got started now are in great shape because of the help they got.

And keep in mind that since you’re already in good shape, you might be more likely to consider what ifs: If I’m in Shape Now, What If I’m In Shape Later? It’s worth considering what changes would happen if you fell out of shape again. You can always re-evaluate your health with the knowledge that you’re in good shape.

Talk about it

i have been bent and broken, but - i hope - into a better shape.

When you feel bad about yourself, you may be more likely to keep things inside. But if you talk about your health and fitness goals with other people, you can make new friends and professionals who help you get where you want to go in life.

Professional gym goers can spot someone right away that is not in shape. They look out of shape and hate the way they look but love the way they workout. They are usually friendly and encourage others to become more healthy.

A barre teacher may tell a student that if they want to lose weight, they must learn how to work their muscles rather than just sit on the same muscle overnight. A personal trainer can make sure a person is feeling comfortable before they work out.

The best workout coaches know how to motivate their clients to change up their workouts which is what they pay for them to do.

Share your story

i have been bent and broken, but - i hope - into a better shape.

Even if you don’t think you need to get in shape, sharing your story can help other people understand what it was like and how you got through it.

It might help them understand how they deal with their own personal fitness goals and find inspiration for how to approach others.

So many people talk about fitness without really sharing what they are doing. Maybe they don’t know how hard it can be, or they aren’t ready to start that process. You could save someone a lot of time and trouble by just going into the gym and doing something!

People who talk about fitness but aren’t necessarily in shape can still gain some understanding from what they do.

Become an advocate

i have been bent and broken, but - i hope - into a better shape.

You don’t have to be a supermodel, but you can help make yourself more healthful by being an advocate for better health for yourself. People love reading about and being an advocate for healthier lifestyles, so start by looking up resources and organizations that support your goals.

From there, join local groups or organizations that work on health issues, like the YMCA or the ACSM. These groups can help you build community and support around your wellness goals, which is critical.

Finally, build the courage to contact medical professionals and providers to discuss ways they can help you better yourself. Many times when patients ask doctors how they can get better themselves, they are met with blank faces.
